How do I bill hosting account to my customers?

 

You are free to bill your customers on any way you like. We do not offer automated billing system for your users.

 

 

When I join 4reselling how soon will my account get activated?

The moment you pay activation fee your account will be instantly activated. Then you will be able to buy credits for your account, and to create your users.

 

 

Do I need to have a hosting account with 4reselling so I could use your program?

No, you can host your website wherever you like.

 

 

Will you reveal to my users that I am a reseller?

No! We will not reveal your identity in any way, ever.

 

 

Is there activation fee to join 4reselling services?

Yes, we charge $50 activation fee, which will be credited BACK to your reseller account when you reach a limit of $250 spent on our reselling program.

 

 

When I add user through my reseller panel how soon will it be activated?

Within 4 hours from the moment of creation. You will see it's status in your panel.

 

 

Can 4reselling register domain names for my users?

No, we do not offer domain name registration. We can recommend godaddy.com for domain name registrations.

 

 

Can I register my own name servers?

No, currently we do not offer this service.

 

 

Which name servers will I be using as a reseller?

You will be able to use blind name servers:
ns1.dnsreg.org
ns2.dnsreg.org

 

 

Who will give technical support to my users?

We can, through advanced ticket system at this url:
http://support.dnsreg.org

 

 

Will I get username and password for that user account when you activate it?

Yes, you will receive that account info on your email. Then you will be able to forward those details to your clients (and add anything you need with that info).

 

 

Will I be warned before my client account expires?

Yes, you will be automatically warned 5 days before account for your users comes to expire, and account will not be closed 10 days after that expiration date.

 

 

If my user goes over monthly bandwidth limit what will happen?

We will leave you admin ticket in your reseller panel, and you will be able to contact your client and choose if you are going to pay for that additional bandwidth, or you can suspend that account. Additional bandwidth is charged $2 / GB.

 

 

Will I be able to upgrade a package for my client if he decides to take bigger package latter?

Yes, there is a form to automatically upgrade his package through your reseller panel.

 

 

Will my users have their own site control panel?

Yes they will. And they won't be able to see any information in that panel that could point them to us.

 

 

My client contacted me and requested some account change (forgot password change or something else), what should I do?

Please open a ticket through your reseller panel, and let us know what do you need to be changed.

 

 

What happens if some of my clients hosts illegal content or sends spam?

His account will be closed, and you will be notified through admin ticket.

 

 

Is there a phone support?

No, we currently do not offer phone contact.
